101 Reasons Why Every Saint Should Be Thankful

Thanksgiving is celebrated nationally in the United States, once a year, in the latter part of the month of November. For the child of God, every day should be THANKSGIVING. The Apostle Paul, under inspiration of the Holy Ghost, penned an important precept to the Thessalonians when he stated, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” In every THING we should be thankful! A tall order, isn’t it?

I have found that when we begin our prayer time we should start with praise and thanksgiving. God inhabits the praises of His people! Praises flow from thankful hearts, and thankful hearts stem from a satisfied & contented soul. When we are thankful and grateful in prayer time, God will certainly visit us!

Listed below are 101 reasons why every child of God should be thankful! Most have a Bible verse(s) associated with each thought. Many more could be added. In fact, as you read these 101 reasons you might wonder why “this” is not mentioned or “that” verse is not associated with this particular reason and so on. The truth of the matter is that when you think you have thought everything through, something else pops in your mind. YOU JUST CANNOT OUT THANK GOD! So please extend some grace if I did not add your thought or verse. I would only ask that you be kind enough to add your thought in the comment section below!
